About Care Missions Foundation

Care Missions Foundation is a Ghana-based non-governmental, non-profit organization (NGO) committed to transforming lives through skills empowerment, education, evangelism, and community development.

Founded with a heart for service, Care Missions Foundation operates primarily in Koforidua and surrounding communities in the Eastern Region of Ghana, working to uplift vulnerable individuals, youth, and families through practical support, training, and faith-based outreach.

Our mission is to empower people with skills, knowledge, and moral values that enable them to become self-reliant, productive, and impactful members of society. Through community programs, outreach initiatives, and capacity-building initiatives, we address social challenges while promoting hope, dignity, and sustainable development.

Care Missions Foundation is guided by the values of compassion, integrity, service, and accountability. We work closely with churches, community leaders, volunteers, and partners to create lasting grassroots impact.

Our History

The story of Care Missions Foundation began with a simple yet powerful vision  to bring hope, love, and transformation to communities in need. What started as a small act of kindness has grown into a dynamic movement of compassion, service, and empowerment.


Founded in Ghana, Care Missions Foundation emerged from a deep desire to respond to the struggles faced by the less privileged  orphans, widows, prisoners, and persons living with disabilities. Over the years, what began as outreach visits and small-scale donations has evolved into structured programs that address education, health, agriculture, entrepreneurship, and social welfare.


From humble beginnings, the Foundation has expanded its reach, touching countless lives through its community development projects and faith-based initiatives. Each milestone is a testament to the unwavering commitment of our volunteers, partners, and supporters who continue to believe in the power of compassion to bring lasting change.


Today, Care Missions Foundation stands as a beacon of hope , a trusted humanitarian organization dedicated to restoring dignity, empowering communities, and transforming lives for a better tomorrow.

Empowering Our Community Through Health

On November 1, 2024, Care Missions Foundation, in partnership with Holy For Christ Revival Ministry, successfully organized a Free Health Screening Program for the residents of the Abefo Electoral Area, covering nine communities.

Supporting Grace Hour Orphanage Home

At  Care Missions Foundation, we remain steadfast in our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. Recently, we had the privilege of extending support to the Grace Hour Orphanage Home in Hunhunya, Eastern Region of Ghana.

UPCOMING 

 The Hope Trunk Project

Across Ghana, every year after the BECE examinations, many bright and determined students dream of continuing their education in Senior High School. But for some, that dream fades before it begins.

Despite the Free SHS initiative, countless students from low-income and rural families are unable to start school simply because they lack the basic essentials needed to settle in — items like:

  • Chop boxes and trunks

  • Mattresses and bedding

  • Food supplies and toiletries

  • Uniforms, footwear, and school bags

  • Stationery and learning materials

At Care Missions Foundation, we believe that no child’s future should be limited by poverty.
The Hope Trunk Project is our annual campaign dedicated to providing these vital items to needy SHS freshers  ensuring they start their educational journey with dignity, confidence, and joy.
