CARE MISSIONS FOUNDATION – SKILLS EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM (SEP)

The Care Missions Foundation Skills Empowerment Program is a life-changing apprenticeship initiative designed to equip young people in Ghana with practical, employable skills. Our goal is to reduce unemployment and poverty by giving motivated individuals the opportunity to learn a trade, become self-reliant, and build sustainable careers.

Through this program, selected applicants are placed under qualified artisans and professionals to receive hands-on training in the following skill areas:

We focus on supporting individuals who have the passion to learn but lack the financial resources to begin or complete an apprenticeship. The Foundation mobilizes funding and partnerships to cover training fees, basic tools, and necessary support to ensure beneficiaries successfully complete their programs.

This initiative is open to hardworking and committed youth who are ready to take responsibility for their future. By empowering one person with a skill, we create opportunities for families and communities to thrive.

Who Can Apply
Applicants must be willing to learn, dedicated to completing the apprenticeship, and committed to using their skills to improve their lives and communities.

How the Program Works

At Care Missions Foundation, we believe that a skill is more than training – it is hope, independence, and a brighter future.
